Full Management
- Advertising, tenant location and application processing
- Negotiation for leases, subleases and renewals
- Collection for monthly rent and security deposits
- Arrangement and supervision of all maintenance
- Provide a check for net proceeds monthly, as well as an itemized statement of receipts and disbursements
- Handle payments for insurance, water, garbage, mortgages and taxes
- Provide representation in Small Claims Court for owner in all property-related suits
- Conduct final property inspection at the termination of a lease
Our fee: 10% of the collected gross monthly rent
