Full Management
- Arrange advertising, locate tenant, and process applications
- Negotiate all leases, subleases and renewals
- Inspect property and keep an accurate inventory statement on file
- Collect monthly rents and security deposits
- Arrange and supervise all maintenance services for minor and major repairs
- On a monthly basis: provide owner with a check of the net proceeds along with an itemized statement of receipts & disbursements
- Handle payments for mortgages, water & garbage, taxes, and insurance
- Represent owner in Small Claims Court in any suit involving tenants, and process any necessary evictions
- Perform a final inspection upon termination of a lease
OUR FEE: 10% of the collected gross monthly rent
Tenant Locator
- Arrange advertising, locate tenant, process application, and negotiate lease
- Render a one time statement of receipts and disbursements along with a check of the net proceeds
OUR FEE: One half of one month’s gross rent (one time fee)

- Prepare a comparative market analysis to discover how much your home is worth
- Providing maximum exposure by presenting your home to as many qualified buyers as possible
- Aid in obtaining offers and assist with negotiations
- Help guide you through the process of purchasing, from finding homes to view that meet your criteria, to avoiding costly mistakes and receiving the best finance rate
- Can tell you all you need to know about the surrounding area, including school districts, neighborhoods, and much more
