King Properties

If you are interested in viewing properties, please contact us directly at 753-0121. We do not rent sight unseen. You must make an appointment to see any property that you are interested in. Any person who disturbs our current residents by going to view the properties without an appointment, will forfeit all rights to lease from King Properties. The privacy of our residents is very important to us.

Application Fees are $25 per person. This fee is NOT refundable. A copy of your drivers license or picture ID is required with the application. A Guarantor Form is also required if you are a dependent or do not have an income of at least 3x the rent.

Upon approval of an application, you will be asked to pay an Option Fee of 150% of the rent. The Option Fee will be transferred into a Security Deposit upon signing the lease. In the event that you decide not to rent the unit prior to the beginning date of the lease, you will forfeit the Option Fee to King Properties.
